Who We Are

MEMBA IMOBILIÁRIA is a real estate development company, with its headquarters located in Maputo – Mozambique. Our core businesses include urban redevelopment projects, the development and management of rental office buildings in prime areas, such as our large-scale urban development projects, upscale office buildings, as well as upscale rental apartments geared specifically towards the middle class.

We also serve a wide array of customer real estate needs with the distinctive strengths of our ability to offer real estate solution services.

In our mid-term management plan, we will further evolve our condominium sales businesses, which are our core business, as well as our logistics facility business, the needs for which have been increasing due to the recent growth of the country.

Additionally, we will continue to steadily expand our business domains, including rental residences and shared offices.
